We want you to be totally psyched about the product(s) you purchase from USWE’s webstore at ca.uswe-sports.com. If at any time within 30 days of receiving your order, you are not 100% satisfied, you may return it to us for a refund.

The product(s) has to be in unaltered condition, with the original hangtags attached. The product(s) must not have been used. The product must be returned in the same way as when you received it.

The customer pays for the return shipping. When the return is refunded the original shipping fee will also be refunded.



When we receive a returned order we make sure that the product(s) is in good condition and make sure that the correct item(s) was returned. When the return has been approved we start the refund process. The refund could take a few business days to be completed depending on the payment method. A return is usually completed and refunded within 2-9 business days.


1. Fill out the information on the return note that came with your order.

2. Fill out and submit the Return Form on our website on https://ca.uswe-sports.com/return-form

3. Make sure the product is securely wrapped when packing the return. You are responsible for the package until received by us.

4. Send the package to us (Adress can be found on the return note). You can use a courier of your choice. Keep the receipt from the courier and the tracking number if applicable.

When placing an order, the agreement of purchase is reached when your payment has been transferred.



All pricing at ca.uswe-sports.com is in CAD (CA$) and is excluding VAT and duties.
Import duties and other related fees must be paid by the customer from non EU-countries.

We reserve the right to change our prices due to changes in exchange rates or changes in the world market.



The recipient is the importer of the package and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders that are shipped outside of the United States or to a non EU country may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and other fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of the shipment must pay these import taxes, customs duties and other fees which are applied by the recipient's country once a shipment reaches it's destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must also be paid for by the recipient. If the import tax, customs duties or other fees are not paid for and the shipment is sent back to USWE Sports AB the return fees charged by the carrier will be deducted from the refund to the customer.




Our shipping fee is $9, for all countries.

Our online orders are delivered by FedEx and their international country carrier partners. We are unable to ship to box addresses. Make sure that you fill in the complete delivery address and country. Incomplete delivery addresses will not be accepted.



Average delivery time: 2-6 working days

Online orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Sweden, during operating hours Monday - Friday between 8.00am – 5.00pm CET/CEST.

During the holiday season orders may take longer than the average delivery time.



Nets Payment Services handles secure online payments with more than 1 billion completed Visa and Master Card payment transactions. Your card information is securely transferred with an encrypted link from you through Nets Payment gateway to your bank. USWE or any other third part will never have this information. If something is wrong with your delivery, or if you receive the wrong or a damaged product, please contact our Customer Service immediately. The error has to be reported no later than two days after the goods have been received, reports received later will not be taken into consideration.



Shipped orders that has to be returned to USWE due to incomplete or incorrect address information given by the customer, will be charged full shipping costs both ways.



Visible damage to the goods shall be reported by the customer directly to the carrier company when receiving the package. Hidden damages from transportation have to be reported by the customer to the carrier company as soon as they are discovered.



When placing an order or registering as a customer we will store your personal information. By doing this, you accept that we store the information we need to complete the handling of your order and give you the best possible service.


USWE will not give any personal information to any third party. According to Swedish law on handling of personal information, you can get an excerpt of all information we have stored about you and, if it is not relevant, you can ask us to delete the information.
